This conference strongly supports the promotion of plant science among young, aspiring scientists by bringing researchers of different life and career phases from diverse subfields and countries together. In this event current research topics will be emphasized and future directions will be discussed. The conference offers a broad, high quality scientific program with eight sessions devoted to different aspects of plant science. Each session will have an invited keynote speaker, known for the work in his/her field:
Dr. Jürgen Kleine-Vehn

Dr. Lionel Navarro
Session: Genome Defense and Epigenetics
Dr. Stéphane Maury
Session: Response to Abiotic Stress
Prof. Ted Turlings
Session: Ecology and Environmental Changes
Dr. Veronica Grieneisen
