Dr. Veronica Grieneisen

The keynote speaker of the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Session will be Dr. Veronica Grieneisen from the John Innes Centre in Norwich. Her group focuses on understanding spatial regulation of intracellular cell polarity, cell shape changes, and intercellular polarity coupling and signalling in biological morphogenesis. Much of her work is theoretical and computational, reflecting a fascination with patterning mechanisms in biological morphogenesis that she developed during her graduate studies.
